Warranty 
All systems, components and parts purchased from Varcarme carry a 1-year parts and labour warranty on hardware. 
All monitors purchased carry a 3-year warranty provided by the manufacturer. 
Please see the warranty registration card included with your monitor for the terms of this warranty.
12 Month Warranty - Parts and Labour: If, during the period of the warranty, Varcarme diagnose a hardware malfunction with a computer, you will be issued with an RMA number and advised to return the goods to Varcarme for repair. Repairs will normally be carried out within 5 working days and in the unlikely event of a deviation from this, you will be informed of a revised date. No goods can be accepted for repair under warranty without an RMA number.
